GENZA COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: March 31, 2026

This page provides important information about GENZA’s safety policies and reporting procedures for users in Colorado. It is designed to work together with our other safety documents and to support Colorado online dating safety disclosure requirements, including the Colorado Online Dating Services Safety Act.

GENZA is an adults-only social dating app that uses avatars, games, shared experiences and connection-based progression to help people build meaningful relationships. To keep GENZA safe, respectful and lawful, everyone who uses GENZA must follow these Community Guidelines.

These Guidelines apply to everything you do on GENZA - including your profile, avatar, photos, voice, rooms, chats, prompts, reports, games, messages, referral activity and any other content or conduct connected to the Service ("Content"). They work together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other in-app disclosures.

By using GENZA, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines.

1. WHO CAN USE GENZA

1.1. Age (18+ only)

GENZA is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older.

You must not create an account or use GENZA if you are under 18.

If we reasonably believe that you are under 18, or are using GENZA on behalf of a minor, we may remove your account and take proportionate technical steps to prevent re-registration.

1.2. One person - one account

Your account is personal. Do not share it with others or allow anyone else to use GENZA as if they were you.

Do not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, bans, safety checks or moderation decisions.

You must represent yourself truthfully in all material respects.

You may use GENZA avatars, stylized media or creative self-expression features as intended by the product. However, you must not use an avatar, profile, photo, AI-generated media, voice or other feature to mislead others about your identity, age, safety status, relationship intent or other important facts.

You must not:

We may remove or restrict profiles that appear inauthentic, deceptive or unsafe.

5. MINORS, CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND PROTECTION

5.1. No minors, ever

GENZA does not allow:

If we believe that a user is under 18 or involved in activity involving minors, we may remove the content, close the account and take further action as permitted or required by law.

5.2. Child sexual abuse material

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or any sexual exploitation of minors.

Any such content will be removed. Accounts associated with such conduct may be permanently banned. We may preserve and report relevant information to law enforcement or child protection organizations where permitted or required by law.

7.2. What users should do

If someone asks you for money, pushes you into "investment" deals, tries to move you off-platform while avoiding normal safe interaction, or requests sensitive financial information, do not comply. Stop communicating and report the profile using the in-app scam or fraud reporting option.

Confirmed romance or financial scam behavior may lead to permanent account bans.

GENZA may limit access to specific features where misuse, safety concerns, fraud or platform integrity risks are identified.

11. SPAM, COMMERCIAL USE, REFERRAL ABUSE AND EXTERNAL LINKS

GENZA is intended for personal connection, not for marketing, mass recruitment or aggressive referral activity.

You must not:

Limited, non-intrusive references to your work, projects or social media may be acceptable, provided your primary purpose on GENZA remains personal use and your conduct is not deceptive, unsafe or sexually exploitative.

12. OFF-PLATFORM CONDUCT

In some cases, GENZA may consider serious conduct that occurs outside the app if it is clearly connected to people you met on GENZA and creates a safety risk for our users.

For example, we may restrict or close your account if there is credible information that you committed serious violence, sexual assault, trafficking, stalking, blackmail or similar conduct against a person connected to your GENZA interactions.

GENZA does not adjudicate criminal liability, but we may act to protect the community.

13. REPORTING, BLOCKING AND SAFETY TOOLS

13.1. Blocking

You can block another user if you do not want to communicate with them. Once blocked, that user will no longer be able to contact you from that account.

Please provide as much detail as you reasonably can, including messages, room behavior, profile details or other context that helps us review the issue.

We may not always be able to share the outcome of our internal review, but we do use reports to protect the community and improve our systems.

14. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES

Depending on the seriousness and frequency of violations, GENZA may:

We apply zero tolerance to child sexual abuse and exploitation, commercial sexual services and trafficking, serious romance or financial scams, credible threats to life or serious physical harm, and deliberate efforts to involve minors.

15. MODERATION, PRIVACY AND DATA

To enforce these Guidelines and protect users, GENZA may:

We apply technical and organizational measures designed to help protect such data. More detail about our data handling appears in our Privacy Policy and related notices.

16. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time, for example when we add or change features in GENZA, laws or regulatory expectations change, or we identify new safety risks or abuse patterns.

The updated version will be published on the relevant page or made available in the app. If changes are material, we may also notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. By continuing to use GENZA after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Community Guidelines.

If you have questions about these Community Guidelines or want to report a serious safety concern, please contact us through the in-app support tools or at support@genza.io
