GENZA Invite and Referral Program Terms

These GENZA Invite and Referral Program Terms (“Referral Terms”) govern participation in the invite and referral program made available through GENZA (the “Referral Program”). These Referral Terms form part of, and supplement, the GENZA Terms of Use. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these Referral Terms.

If there is any conflict between these Referral Terms and the GENZA Terms of Use, these Referral Terms will control solely with respect to the Referral Program, unless GENZA states otherwise.

1. Nature of the Referral Program

The Referral Program is a promotional in-app feature that allows eligible users to receive certain virtual in-game rewards when eligible new users join GENZA through permitted referral methods and satisfy the conditions described in these Referral Terms.

Referral rewards under the Referral Program are promotional virtual in-game benefits only. They are not cash, salary, wages, commission, profit-sharing, revenue share, investment return, stored value, electronic money, or any other monetary right or property right against GENZA.

Participation in the Referral Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, franchise, distributorship, affiliate, brokerage, or other business relationship between you and GENZA.

2. Eligibility

You may participate in the Referral Program only if:

  1. you are at least 18 years old;
  2. you have an active GENZA account in good standing;
  3. your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction; and
  4. you comply with these Referral Terms, the GENZA Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and any other applicable GENZA rules.

GENZA may restrict, suspend, or deny participation in the Referral Program for any account, user, territory, channel, campaign, device cluster, fraud pattern, or risk profile at its discretion.

3. Definitions

For purposes of these Referral Terms:

“Campaign Tracking Link” means a GENZA-issued referral or promotional tracking link used for attribution, analytics, or campaign measurement, including links that may not be permanently assigned to a specific Referrer.

“Coins” means virtual in-game coins within GENZA.

“Referrer” means an eligible GENZA user who shares an approved referral link, referral code, or other GENZA-approved referral method.

“Referred User” means an eligible new user whose registration or onboarding is successfully attributed by GENZA to a Referrer in accordance with GENZA’s attribution rules.

“Welcome Bonus” means a one-time promotional grant of Coins that GENZA may award to an eligible Referred User under Section 6.

4. Referral Attribution

A user will be treated as a Referred User only if GENZA successfully attributes that user to an eligible referral source based on GENZA’s internal attribution rules, records, and anti-fraud controls.

GENZA may determine, in its sole discretion:

  1. whether attribution is based on first click, last click, registration completion, onboarding completion, activation, verification, or another event;
  2. whether multiple referral attempts relate to the same user;
  3. whether a referral relationship is valid, duplicated, conflicting, or invalid;
  4. whether a Campaign Tracking Link creates a reward right for any specific user; and
  5. whether a user qualifies as an Invited Friend and whether any Referrer or Referred User qualifies for an in-app reward or Welcome Bonus under the Referral Program.

GENZA’s attribution records and anti-fraud determinations will control in the event of any dispute.

5. Referral Methods

GENZA may permit referrals through one or more of the following methods:

  1. a personal referral link or code assigned to a user;
  2. an in-app invite feature;
  3. a Campaign Tracking Link; or
  4. any other referral mechanism expressly approved by GENZA.

GENZA may enable, disable, limit, or modify any referral method at any time.

6. Reward Structure

Subject to these Referral Terms, GENZA may issue only the following promotional in-app rewards under the Referral Program.

6.1 Referrer Reward – Friend Trophy Road

A Referrer may receive certain virtual in-game rewards within the Friend Trophy Road for each eligible Invited Friend, as determined by GENZA in the Service or applicable campaign rules.

Such rewards, if any, are determined solely by GENZA and may vary by campaign, progression stage, account, region, or other in-app criteria communicated by GENZA.

A Referrer is not entitled to any percentage of Coins, Crystals, earnings, spending, activity, or rewards of any Referred User.

6.2 No Multi-Level or Percentage-Based Rewards

The Referral Program does not provide any first-level or second-level percentage-based reward, revenue share, commission, or similar performance-based entitlement tied to a Referred User or any downstream user.

6.3 Welcome Bonus for Referred Users

GENZA may grant each eligible Referred User a one-time Welcome Bonus consisting only of Coins, in the amount determined by GENZA in the Service or applicable campaign rules.

The Welcome Bonus is promotional, personal, non-transferable, and available only once per eligible Referred User unless GENZA expressly states otherwise.

No accessory, item, fiat payment, cash-equivalent payout, or off-platform benefit is promised unless GENZA expressly states otherwise in the Service or applicable campaign rules.

6.4 Campaign Tracking Links

GENZA may issue Campaign Tracking Links for traffic attribution, marketing measurement, campaign testing, or similar purposes.

Unless GENZA expressly states otherwise in writing or in the applicable campaign rules:

  1. a Campaign Tracking Link does not automatically create a user-to-user referral relationship;
  2. a Campaign Tracking Link does not automatically entitle any user to Friend Trophy Road rewards, Welcome Bonuses, or any other Referral Program reward; and
  3. GENZA may decide whether, when, and to whom any reward connected with a Campaign Tracking Link will be granted.

6.5 Welcome Bonus Restrictions

Any Welcome Bonus and any Friend Trophy Road reward:

  1. is valid only inside the Service;
  2. cannot be exchanged, redeemed, withdrawn, sold, licensed, or otherwise converted into money, fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any other real-world value;
  3. cannot be used outside the Service; and
  4. may be withheld, reversed, cancelled, or expire in accordance with these Referral Terms, the Service rules, or applicable campaign rules.

Welcome Bonuses and Friend Trophy Road rewards may be withheld, reversed, or cancelled where GENZA reasonably suspects fraud, duplicate account creation, self-referral, abuse, or violation of these Referral Terms.

7. Reward Conditions

Friend Trophy Road rewards and Welcome Bonuses are conditional and may be granted only if all applicable eligibility, attribution, anti-fraud, and program conditions are satisfied.

GENZA may require one or more of the following before issuing rewards:

  1. completion of registration or onboarding;
  2. successful account verification;
  3. satisfaction of age-gating requirements;
  4. completion of a minimum activity threshold;
  5. expiration of a fraud review window;
  6. validation that the referred account is genuine and unique; and
  7. compliance with applicable law and GENZA policies.

GENZA may delay, hold, batch, recalculate, reverse, or cancel any Friend Trophy Road reward or Welcome Bonus for fraud prevention, attribution review, dispute resolution, technical correction, abuse review, or legal compliance.

8. No Transfer, No Cash Value, No External Use

All Coins, Welcome Bonuses, Friend Trophy Road rewards, and related virtual items are promotional virtual in-game elements only.

Except where GENZA expressly allows otherwise within the Service, such items:

  1. may not be transferred to another player;
  2. may not be redeemed for cash, fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any other real-world value;
  3. may not be sold, exchanged, assigned, licensed, pledged, or otherwise monetized;
  4. may not be used outside the Service; and
  5. do not create any vested property right, payment right, or withdrawal right.

The Referral Program is not an earning opportunity, investment opportunity, or compensation program.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  1. create or use fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or multiple accounts to obtain rewards;
  2. refer yourself or attempt self-referral through another account, device, payment method, identity, or channel;
  3. use bots, scripts, device farms, emulators, automation, or manipulative traffic techniques;
  4. generate referrals through spam, unsolicited messages, deceptive marketing, impersonation, or misleading claims;
  5. use purchased traffic, click farms, fake installs, or other non-genuine acquisition sources unless expressly approved by GENZA in writing;
  6. misrepresent the Referral Program as a source of income, guaranteed return, business opportunity, affiliate scheme, profit-sharing arrangement, or any opportunity to receive money or other real-world value;
  7. state or imply that you act on behalf of GENZA unless expressly authorized in writing;
  8. use unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications to promote a referral link; or
  9. otherwise attempt to manipulate attribution, reward calculations, onboarding, or anti-fraud systems.

10. Promotion Rules and Legal Compliance

You may share your referral link only in a lawful and non-deceptive manner.

Without limiting Section 9, you must not use the Referral Program in connection with:

  1. unsolicited commercial emails;
  2. robocalls or autodialed calls;
  3. marketing text messages sent without the recipient’s legally required consent;
  4. deceptive endorsements, misleading testimonials, or disguised advertising; or
  5. any communication that violates applicable consumer protection, advertising, privacy, anti-spam, telecom, or platform rules.

If you publicly post, promote, or endorse GENZA using a referral link and you may receive a benefit from successful referrals, you should clearly disclose that you may receive only in-game rewards inside the Service if someone joins through your link. Any such rewards are promotional, non-transferable, and have no cash value outside the Service.

Nothing in the Referral Program authorizes you to act as an advertiser, affiliate, publisher, reseller, or representative of GENZA unless GENZA separately agrees in writing.

11. Single-Level Promotional Program Only

The Referral Program is a single-level promotional in-app program only.

The Referral Program:

  1. does not create a right to build a downline, sales organization, affiliate network, or compensation structure;
  2. does not authorize any user to market GENZA as a business opportunity;
  3. does not create any right to recurring compensation outside the in-app reward system; and
  4. must not be presented by any user as passive income, revenue share, profit participation, multi-level earnings program, or any arrangement under which a user receives a percentage of another user’s activity or rewards.

This Referral Program is intended solely to support lawful user growth and social sharing within the GENZA ecosystem.

12. Fraud Review, Suspension, Reversal, and Disqualification

GENZA may, at any time and with or without prior notice:

  1. review any referral activity;
  2. verify user identity, account legitimacy, device integrity, or referral validity;
  3. delay, freeze, withhold, deny, reverse, or cancel rewards;
  4. suspend or terminate a user’s participation in the Referral Program;
  5. deactivate referral links or tracking links; and
  6. disqualify any referral, reward, or campaign result,

where GENZA reasonably believes that abuse, fraud, technical manipulation, invalid traffic, duplicate attribution, policy violation, legal risk, or security risk may be present.

GENZA may also take these actions where needed to comply with applicable law, platform requirements, or internal safety and integrity controls.

13. Limits and Caps

GENZA may apply limits or caps to the Referral Program, including limits based on:

  1. number of referrals;
  2. number of rewards;
  3. type of reward;
  4. time period;
  5. account, device, payment method, identity cluster, or region;
  6. campaign; or
  7. reward track, campaign structure, or other Referral Program criteria.

Any such limits may be communicated in-app, in campaign materials, or otherwise by GENZA.

14. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or similar legal obligations that may arise in connection with your participation in the Referral Program, if any.

GENZA makes no representation that any referral reward is non-taxable in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to the Referral Program

GENZA may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time.

This includes the right to change:

  1. the existence, amount, timing, or type of any Friend Trophy Road reward or Welcome Bonus;
  2. reward conditions;
  3. attribution rules;
  4. eligibility standards;
  5. campaign rules;
  6. available channels;
  7. fraud controls; and
  8. available reward types, reward tracks, or progression mechanics.

Unless otherwise required by fraud response, legal compliance, technical correction, or abuse prevention, changes will apply prospectively.

16. No Guarantee of Availability or Attribution

GENZA does not guarantee that:

  1. the Referral Program will always be available;
  2. every referral click, install, signup, or onboarding event will be tracked or attributed;
  3. any specific reward will be granted; or
  4. any campaign or reward structure will remain unchanged for any period of time.

Tracking and attribution may be affected by device settings, cookies, platform restrictions, app permissions, fraud controls, technical limitations, campaign conflicts, or other factors.

17. Relationship to Other GENZA Terms

These Referral Terms supplement the GENZA Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any applicable campaign rules.

Participation in the Referral Program does not exempt any user from any other GENZA rule.
