Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 02.11.2026

GENZA is committed to providing a website and mobile application that are accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable U.S. state laws.

Our goal is for our digital products to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA at a minimum, and we are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA (W3C Recommendation, October 2023), which are widely recognized as the benchmark for web and mobile accessibility.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, GENZA:

Because accessibility is an ongoing process, we regularly review our practices in light of evolving technical standards, regulatory guidance, and feedback from users.

Third-Party Content and Technology

Our Services may integrate or rely on third-party content, components, or platforms (for example, SDKs, payment providers, maps, or embedded media). While we encourage our partners and vendors to provide accessible solutions, we do not control their code or content and cannot guarantee their conformance with accessibility standards.

Where feasible, we will:

GENZA takes into account Title III of the ADA, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by places of public accommodation, and applicable state accessibility laws. Courts and regulators in the United States commonly look to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the technical standard for digital accessibility, and the U.S. Department of Justice expressly referenced WCAG 2.1 Level AA in its 2024 ADA Title II Final Rule. We also monitor guidance and enforcement activity from the U.S. Department of Justice and other authorities regarding digital accessibility, including newer rules and interpretations that may affect web and mobile app providers. Where the Services are available in the European Union, we also work toward conformance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which became applicable on 28 June 2025.
